Beautiful interior, great service, generous portions. Dishes are decorated with carved vegetable flowers. Appetizer is rice chips with soy sauce. Highly recommended are the summer rolls with duck and shrimp and the Pho.
To make the dishes taste as authentic as possible, the kitchen uses many fresh herbs. 👍
Sapa, by the way, is northern Vietnam's main starting point for trekking, from which hikers immerse themselves in the surrounding countryside with its rice terraces and tiny hill tribe villages that seem to be from another world.
