Paradise in Küsnacht: RICO's

Rico's concept:

Down-to-earth in colour is Rico's motto. The guest experiences a blaze of colour not only in every dish, but also in the dining room. It's absolutely unique and I think everyone should experience it at least once. Rico Zandonella is originally from Ticino and has been running Rico's Restaurant (formerly Rico's Kunststuben) since 1981
In addition to the dining room, there is a private room for special occasions. Rico also offers catering. The garden area is particularly inviting in summer.

Rico's food:

Rico's cuisine is classically French, so it's no surprise that the uniquely presented foie gras is the signature dish. All the dishes are perfectly seasoned, intense, with great flavour compositions and just right for me. To start, I recommend a glass of champagne from Rico's.
From Wednesday to Friday there is a 2 or 3-course lunch menu. Every Sunday there is the à la carte Sunday Classics

My tip at Rico's:

If nothing else - the 8-course tasting menu - it's worth it. Guaranteed.
