🇵🇪 Peru is definitely at the top of my restaurant bucket list. 😍 At Püente, you can get a flavour of this with unique cuisine created from different cultures and influences. 🥰🙏 A modern, informal and fun atmosphere with a casual fine dining experience and a fine pisco sour.
Kitchen Püente
Chef Paulo Timoteo has had a career in various top restaurants and has worked with Michelin-starred chefs. With Peruvian origins, a Spanish heart and an Asian soul, he has come to Zurich to whisk us away to many different places with every bite. 🙏😋 In the evening, there is a surprise menu in 5, 7 or 9 courses.
Sunday brunch Püente
From two persons. The predominantly savoury dishes to share are served in several courses and change from time to time. A mix of hot and cold dishes with specialities such as prawn omelette and the Peruvian hangover dish ceviche.
For 55 per person, every Sunday from 10 am.
