Mel's Table - a special dining experience in a cozy atmosphere

Mel's Table concept
Several times a year, sturgeon chef and catering specialist Melanie Brugger invites you to her home in a super cozy neighborhood on the edge of Wipkingen. You sit in a small group in Mel's beautifully decorated dining room and let yourself be pampered in an easy atmosphere with an aperitif, 5-course menu and friandises while making new acquaintances.
Food concept at Mel's Table
Perfectly seasoned dishes with regional ingredients, vegetables from the market and animal products from sustainable production. The dishes are refined with flowers, herbs and spices from our own garden. Depending on the season, fruits such as quinces are added. Mel will be happy to recommend the right wine to accompany your culinary delights.
