Antonio spoils his guests in the Cucina Colaianni
There are now two new concepts at the Freilager restaurant: Trattoria Freilager and la Cucina Colaianni. The Cucina is open from Thursday to Saturday evening. On the other days, the Cucina can be hired exclusively for corporate or private events or you can book a cooking coursewith Antonio for groups of 8 or more.
Menu in the Cucina Colaianni
Antonio has an unmistakable style that cleverly combines Italian and French cuisine. His signature dish “Hand-rolled orecchiette from Mamma Maria” is traditionally prepared by Antonio's 87-year-old mother Maria with polpettine and tomato sugo and is always on the menu.
A fixed 5-course menu is served in the evening and the schedule is as follows:
18:30: Aperitif with Antonio Colaianni
19:15: Start of the 5-course menu
The menu costs CHF 185 per person and includes a glass of Lanson champagne and a coffee at the end. A vegetarian menu option is also available.

The restaurant is very stylishly furnished. There are two cooking stations, creating a unique live cooking experience. Antonio's classic dishes are perfectly complemented by exquisite wines and, if you like, cigars.
