KUMO6
Lena, Manu and Ronja from KUMO6 are real powerwomen and have revived an old sea freight container at Bucheggplatz with the help of WeCanMakeIt. In addition to drinks, coffee and teas, there are also fine Japanese dishes such as gyudon (beef) with rice, sandwiches and soups for lunch. Vegetarians also have a choice of alternatives. Because the Kumo6 is very much about Japan (kumo means spider and is inspired by the street layout at Bucheggplatz), it is not surprising that homemade buns (Nikuwan/Currywan and Vegiwan) and sweet Mochi in various varieties are also on the menu. Vegetables, fruits and meat are sourced from the surrounding area whenever possible and there are discounts for customers who drop in with their own coffee mugs or returnable crockery.
My tip:Gyudon with rice, Nikuwan, coconut Mochi
