IGNIV Zurich: Exceptional service & perfect business lunch
16 Gault-Millau points and 2 Michelin stars - a feast for the palate at the highest level in Zurich's Niederdorf (opened in 2020 by top chef Andreas Caminada from Graubünden). You can start or end your visit wonderfully at the bar. Philipp Kössl conjures up special drinks and cocktail creations here. Chef Daniel Zeindlhofer delights with a firework of flavours presented in a 4-course sharing experience. The menu is seasonal and partly adapted daily. A vegetarian variation is possible.
Ines Triebenbacher, restaurant manager and sommelière, ensures impeccable and exceptionally warm service. As she has a great soft spot for champagne, the restaurant places a special focus on it and is happy to accompany the Sharing Experience with exquisite champagne instead of the typical wine accompaniment.
🐣 In the "Nest" = IGNIV (Rhaeto-Romanic), eggs are of course a must. That's why the guest is allowed to spoon out a filled egg at the beginning and end of the meal. 😋 Guests say goodbye with the famous visit to the candy store.
