Hatecke
The Bündner Edelmetzgerei Hatecke has also moved to a location in beautiful Zurich. Father Ludwig and son Florian Hatecke manage the simple Bacharia Alpina, which concentrates on the essential, namely the noblest enjoyment of meat. In addition to the meat counter with dried meat, salt, fresh meat and other specialities, there is also a seated bistro area. On the small but fine menu, the guest will also find changing hot dishes in addition to dried meat platelets, beef tartare and carpaccio.
