Eve's Kitchen: modern brasserie kitchen in Schlieren
Concept Eve's Kitchen
On the site of the former NZZ printing works in Schlieren, you will find this beautifully converted restaurant on the JED site. The restaurant is divided into two areas, which together form an “L-shape”. To the right of the entrance area, Eve, the hostess, is depicted large on the orange wall. To the left, or straight ahead, is the second area with an open kitchen and bar area.
There are further rooms for events on the upper floor, outside and in the event hall.
Food at Eve's Kitchen
Lothar and his team are known for their fine, authentic brasserie cuisine. The dishes are seasonal and are elaborately prepared on site using fresh, regional ingredients. Wherever possible, the whole animal is used.

Beef tartare (available throughout the day at lunchtime on request), Eve's signature bouillabaisse and free-range duck breast
