In the Zurich Oberland, more precisely in Pfäffikon ZH, there is a special fine dining experience. Inconspicuous from the outside (formerly Restaurant Krone), chef and tenant Andrew has realized his dream here. In a small, intimate setting, you can enjoy exceptionally creative dining here. Each dish is a small work of art, prepared with great passion. For a small number of guests, Andrew is also responsible for the service and explains each dish with passion. A special evening is often organized for special occasions such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. For better planning, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Food and drink at Castanea
Guests can choose between 7 or 9 courses, optionally accompanied by wine or juice. We are happy to take intolerances into consideration. Whenever possible, the chef prefers to use high-quality seasonal and regional ingredients from producers he knows. All dishes are a special taste experience. Andrew also offers business lunches on request.
