Brisket

Meat lovers will get their money's worth in the Brisket Southern BBQ. Spare ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, shredded chicken, sausage... are prepared in the custom-made Smoker "Dolly" according to an American recipe. At noon there is a dish with side dish and salad or homemade cookie.
