Bistrò 909
🤩🤩🤩WOW, I did not come out of the amazement 🫶 From the Fritto Misto and Polpo to the Spaghettoni al gambero rosso to the Entrecôte with spinach and the Tonno rosso. The ice cream was also a dream 😍 Bistro 909 has it all and brings Adliswil to a new level for me.
I had never made it to the Tabularasa restaurant in Zurich and now I know why 😬😅 because the chefs have since landed here. Claudio and Ramon met by chance and have been going together ever since. Originally both come from Italy, exactly on Bergamo and Palermo and these two cities are exactly 909 km apart.
Our dishes - I can recommend just everything:
Fritto misto - fried shrimps, calamari, acquadelle, zucchini, carrots.
Polpo, pomodori e maionese di patate - Octopus, tomatoes, potato mayo
Spaghettoni al gambero rosso di Mazara del Vallo, menta e agrumi - Spaghettoni with red shrimps from Mazara del Vallo, mint, citrus fruits
Entrecôte di manzo, spinacio ripassato e jus al marsala - Beef entrecôte, spinach, marsalajus
Tonno rosso, marmellata di cipolle e verdure estive - Red poultry, onion marmalade, summer vegetables
Homemade ice cream - mango and pina colada
