Update: Raban has been replaced by Sandra - so far I haven't made it to Sandra's, but I'm sure the dishes will be just as convincing. The Swabian-born chef, who worked at the Dolder Grand for a long time, incorporates her Swabian roots into the menu. If desired, the dishes are accompanied by Paulina's excellent drink creations.
From Thursday to Saturday there's Raban's Kitchen at Bar Exer. Soon additionally on Wednesday 🤘. Really a 100% recommendation from me and incredible what Raban conjures up here all alone in the kitchen. 🫶 Previous stations at Gustav and Gamper restaurant have clearly left their mark in the Mediterranean and Swiss dishes (seasonal). Well done 👏. Special drinks like Cucumber Sour. By the way, the colored dots in the pictures are from the colorful lamps in the garden 😉.
